I am a therapist that is passionate about working with grief and life transitions, experiences of depression and anxiety, 2SLGBTQ+ affirming care, and OCD. I like to help clients explore patterns, build self-awareness, and navigate change. I work from a person-centred, strengths-based perspective, grounded in the belief that you know your own experience best.

Grief & Psychopomp

For the last few years, I have volunteered at my local hospice, providing 1:1 support for those grieving a loved one. I have also completed end-of-life death doula training through Going with Grace as well as Douglas College.

Madness Canada

Madness Canada / Folie Canada is a non-profit organization whose mission is preserving and honoring stories and experiences of mental health and madness in Canada. They support research and community initiatives that provide a space for positive Mad identity by making hidden and erased histories accessible, engaging in social activism, and collaborating on research that connects historical injustices to current situations.

I have been a board member since October 2025.

Professional Archives

My professional path has included a variety of different stops and required skills. Among the list, I have worked as a hula hooping teacher, a web developer, and a puppet studio manager.

When I worked as a web developer, I spoke at three events on the importance of mental health awareness and care within the industry: WordCamp Detroit 2018, WordCamp Halifax 2017, and WordCamp Salt Lake City 2017.
